Ayam Gulai Lemak Cili Padi Negeri Sembilan



Ingredients:


1.5 kg chicken


A:

20 bird´s chillies
3 cm fresh turmeric
3 shallots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 stalks lemon grass, lightly crushed

500 ml cocunut milk, thin
250 ml water
2 MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cubes


Steps:

Clean and cut chicken into 12 pieces. In a saucepan, stir in ingredients A and add chicken pieces. Cook over low heat until water dries up.
Stir in cocunut milk, water and MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cubes. Cook over low heat. Stir continuosly.
