Lala



Ingredient:

A:

5 cm ginger, shredded
4 cloves garlic, sliced
5 hallots, sliced


B:

1 sachet MAGGI® Sambal Goreng Paste
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon coarsely black pepper powder

500 gm large lala
1 egg, well beaten
1 stalk spring onion, cut into 5 cm length
1 stalk coriander leaves, cut into 5 cm length


Steps:

Heat oil and stir fry A ingredients until aromatic.
Add B ingredients.
Add lala into fried paste.
Stir in beaten egg and cook until egg set.
