Daging Masak Asam Pedas



Ingredient:

1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 sachet MAGGI® Assam Fish Head Curry Paste
500 gm beef, sliced into 1 cm thickness
1½ cups water
4 tablespoon MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
100 gm long beans, cut into 3 cm length


A:

10 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger finely blend
2 stalks lemon grass
1 cm fresh turmeric


Steps:

Heat oil and stir fry pounded ingredients until lightly brown.
Stir in MAGGI® Paste and fry until aromatic.
Add beef and fry for 5 minutes. Stir in water and MAGGI Ketchup.
Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add long beans and remove from heat once gravy slightly thickens.
