Ingredient:
3 large crabs (approx.500 gm), cleaned cooking oil
6 cloves garlic ] finely mincfed or pound
3 cm ginger ]
5 dried red chillies, cut into 2 cm length
3 springs curry leaves
A:
½ cup water
6 tablespoons MAGGI® Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
5 tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon MAGGI® Light Soya Sauce
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Belacan Powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornflour
1½ tablespoons water
Steps:
Heat oil and fry deep crab for 2 minutes; remove from wok. Remove all oil until left 2 tablespoons in a wok.
Fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.
Add A ingredients, crab and stir in cornflour mixture.
